The rooftop floor surface was designed specifically for the optimal use of natural and reflected light. The surface's natural reflectance helps balance the lighting conditions, so in most cases minimal extra lighting equipment is sufficient. This enables faster work, simpler lighting setups, and a more efficient production.
An important consideration in the rooftop's design was to preserve visual clarity alongside safety. The 50 cm high safety edge along the roof perimeter provides adequate protection, while its low profile does not interfere with image composition and does not block the city panorama or the desired background.
Freely Controllable Background and Camera Position
The 2,200 m² rooftop area allows the background and camera position to be freely chosen.
Thanks to the large area and the adjustable camera positions, several distinct visual worlds can be created on the same location without the production needing to move to another site.
